Jessica Edmonds is a virtual bookkeeper and tax specialist based in University Place, WA. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and since then has worked doing taxes and small business accounting within CPA firms, become an Enrolled Agent, and created Narrows Bookkeeping LLC (formerly Edmonds Bookkeeping and Tax). Her primary goals are to empower business owners by teaching them how their finances work, and to save clients valuable time so that they can focus on their core business functions. When she isn’t crunching numbers, Jessica enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her two daughters, running, and putting together a puzzle.

Core Values

accuracy

In order to function optimally, books need to be accurate and up-to-date. A business owner should be able to see at any point in time the metrics that are important to them, and Jessica is passionate about making that happen for her clients.

practicality

Balance sheets and income statements are useless if business owners don’t know how to read them. Jessica will take the time to customize meaningful reports that provide useful information for her clients so that they can easily get the information they need.

RESOURCEFULness

Jessica believes that the bookkeeping process should be as quick and painless as possible. She utilizes technologies to keep data and reporting streamlined, and enjoys educating her clients on how to most efficiently review and manage their data.
