What accounting software do you use?
We work primarily in Xero and QuickBooks Online. If you’re not already set up, we’ll help you choose the best one for your needs and budget.
Do you file taxes?
We do prepare income tax returns for individuals and S-Corporations, but we understand if you have a tax accountant you wish to continue working with. We will happily collaborate directly with your tax pro. The packages above include have your books 100% tax-ready, whether you are working with us or another accountant to prepare your taxes.
What’s included in audit support?
We provide audit support for any periods we’ve completed bookkeeping for. That means we’ll help respond to inquiries from the IRS or DOR, pull reports, organize documentation, and explain the numbers with no extra fee.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes, we charge a one-time onboarding fee that covers things such as setup, software configuration, and any necessary cleanup of your existing books. In most cases, the fee is equal to about one month of your selected package – and we’ll always agree on the exact amount before we get started. No surprises!
Can I switch to you mid-year?
Absolutely. We can onboard you at any time of the year.
